Our puzzles are made of high quality birch plywood, covered with non-toxic, water-based paints. We only use certified eco-friendly materials which are absolutely safe for kids.
How it works?
The puzzle has a board with cut-outs and letters, which perfectly fit to them. All letters are a little bit higher than the base, so it is comfortable to put them in. You can also add pegs for the letters to create even more fun, kids LOVE to put them in and out million times a row. This is a great possibility to learn something new while playing with your child and spend some quality time together.
Personalization
The puzzle itself is already special as it holds his little owners name. But you can add extra touch, and here how it works:
- Create your own color scheme, you can choose favorite colors and combine them.
- Add additional figures.
- Leave a special message and we will engrave it on the back side of puzzle.

All orders are shipped within 7 to 12 days of you placing the order using DHL eCommerce, USPS or ePacket depending on your location and fastest available service. Typical delivery time frame is between 14 and 21 business days, however, you may receive your items much earlier. All orders are shipped with a tracking number, so you can track it every step of the way! Packages may be faced with delays beyond our control, such as customs or postal delays.
Return
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

I am not in love with my order, can it be returned? What if there is an issue?
We offer a 100 % money-back guarantee if the product is defective or damaged. We give you 30 days to send it back to us for a full refund. You must ship it back at your own expense, once we have received the product we will refund the full amount of your original purchase. Please Include all a name and order number on the returned parcels.
Please note: If your package is on the way, you must wait for it to arrive and return it before receiving a refund.
Can I cancel my order?
You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel your order before it ships. If the item is already sent please use our easy return system to get a full refund.
I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?
If you have miss-spelled or auto-filled in an incorrect address, simply reply to your order confirmation email and confirm. Once you double-check if the address given is wrong kindly notify us via email at salmakarim242@gmail.com
If the given address is wrong we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours. No refund will be given after the 24 hours of incorrect submission.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary as we do ship worldwide from different fulfillment centers based on your location. The average shipping time is 7-10 business days. Longer times if shipped from other than the US.
